    Nora Strejilevich es escritora y docente universitaria (Profesora Emérita de la Universidad de San Diego, California). Publica ensayos, relatos y poemas. Su libro Una sola muerte numerosa, Premio Letras de Oro a la literatura hispánica en EEUU (1996), fue traducido al inglés, al alemán y al italiano, se adaptó a teatro y a performance. Sus libros de narrativa y ensayo más recientes son: Un día, allá por el fin del mundo (2019) y El lugar del testigo. Escritura y memoria (Uruguay, Chile y Argentina) (2019), Mención Honorífica del Concurso del Fondo Nacional de las Artes, Buenos Aires 2017.
