Author Guidelines

In order to submit a paper, please feel free to send the file to milanlawreview@unimi.it; or follow the online procedure available on this page.

Once the peer review has been successfully completed, proposed articles shall be adapted to the Journal's template (click here to download). Bibliographic references reported in the footnotes as well as in the final Bibliography shall comply with the Journal's guidelines (click here to download).

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The paper has been fully anonymized.
